Honda pro makes a coolant and it is recommended to continue with the manufactors coolant due to additives that may or may not be in place for that brand of bike. You can purchase that from a varity of online sources or at your local honda dealer.

My hose lost radiator fluid on my 04 Honda shadow aero 750 so I may as well change the radiator fluid. How do I do this?

Replace the broken hose and put it in the same way as in the old ones.
Refill your coolant reservoir until full with proper coolant then turn on your bike, let it idle until coolant overflows from reservoir. When that happens turn off the bikle, fop up the coolant reservoir and put the cap on. You're now good to use it. Tomorrow, when engine still cold, check your reservoir and top up again if required.
Good enough?
