You may check to see if the fuel valve is turned on. Usually on the left side of the tank, near the rear of it.

According to my service manual for the ZZR1100 98-01 it is carburated and has no pump, it is gravity fed.
The 02 model is fuel injected.

Only one i've found so far is the suzuki webpage.I keep checking at bookstores like half-price books, etc. to find a bargain.don't want to pay high prices for a manual.good luck.

1991-2000 Clymer makes a manual that covers all years.
