It's injected. It has thunderheader's thundercones muffler. Bassani power curve headers, K&N air filter and techlusion fuel module with new spark plugs installed. And I still experiencing popping on the back cylinder only on deceleration and on idling.

SOURCE: Rear cylinder not firing

The first thing I would do is replace the spark plugs again. You can foul a plug and it will cause you more problems than you can ever imagine. I see you have done all the logical things that I would recommend but I did not see you have replaced the plugs after the 200 miles. You would be surprised at how many times a $2.00 part can cause fits beyond belief.

SOURCE: Super Glide stuttering or popping when accelerating

The most common reason for what you explain is a air leak in the intake. Check the intake manifold gaskets. It is common for them to crack and that allows unmetered air into the combustion chamber.

not unless you want to create major back pressure and cause more problems.

Put gauge on fuel rail and see what pressure does.Does it drop when engine quits? Fuel pump may be bad. This is realy off the wall but..Computers have engine protection modes. It gets code of engine danger, like low or no oil pressure and it shuts engine down before it blows. What kind of code would too much oil send?May have to clear and reset computer.Told you this is off the wall.lol Sorry I can't be of help.

1996 GMC Sonoma SLS 2.2 litre engine starts missing and looses massive power going up hill

This can be caused by anything limiting fuel pressure or ignition spark. Tune up items, bad coil/module, bad fuel pump, filter, relay, bad converter, muffler, dirty air filter, vacuum leak, EGR, or others.

2003 Volusia backfires through the pipes during deceleration. It only started when the weather got colder last fall and again now.

G'day. A couple of things can cause this. Most common is an air leak at the exhaust header.Check your header flange bolts are tight/gaskets ok.Remember to loosen all the mounts on the exhaust & tighten from the front to the back.(Tighten the header flanges first, then the muffler joint, then the muffler mounts.)The other cause is a fuel mixture issue. This cold be somthing as simple as a balance issue, mixture setting,or air leak(especially at intake manifold at cylinder head). Check for leaks at the inlet manifolds by spraying with WD type spray & a nozzle around manifolds whilst engine is idleing. If engine revs change then you have an air leak.If your model is carburetted & not fuel injection. After checking the other things first, I would then check the carby balance & richen the mixture screw settings(2 to 2.5 turns out)& see how that went.Useing high octane good fuel too may help if you already don't do so.
Hope some of this helps.

Craftsman chainsaw 18" 42cc doesn't start

Remove the spark plug and test for spark. If nothing, try a new plug set to 0.020" gap. If ok, put a small mount of fuel mix in the plug hole and try to start. If you get several pops, then check the fuel filter, air cleaner and muffler for plugging. Check the fuel lines for rot or damage. Make sure to use fresh fuel premix (40:1) using modern synthetic saw oil in it's own can and shake thoroughly just before filling each time. If you got no spark in the first test, expose the flywheel and ignition module. Remove the wire from the module that goes to the ignition switch and check for spark. If still nothing, replace the module using a thin business card for a gap gauge between the module poles and the flywheel magnets. If you did get spark, then investigate the ignition switch and wire for possible grounding. Hope some of this helps!

S10 blazer lacks power, bogs under acceleration

Check your coil output, buy a cheep spark tester. Pull of a spark plug wire and plug in the tester(ground the other end), set it to bridge a gap for 30,000 volts.Have someone start it and make sure the spark will jump the gap on the tester.Danger-Very high voltage! It will light you up if your touching the tester while the car is running! You'll be able to see a bright blue spark(and hear it as well) if your coil is good.If it's a yellow thin spark it's probably the coil.
If you have good spark, check the fuel filter and fuel pressure at the fuel rail.
Back firing could be timing, cam position or crank position sensor.Worst case scenario, timing chain or belt.

How much more hp would i get with headers and new system

Headers and a freer flowing exhasut just by itself won't gain you alot of power, maybe 20 horsepower. What is needed is a freer flowing intake and fuel supply along with a better ignition curve to fully take advantage of the freer flowing exhaust. If running fuel injection, you would need a performance chip for the ECU/PCM,to really take advantage of the exhaust system. If running a carburetor, the jets would beed to be increased in size slightly, and a performance curve programmed into the distributor.Think of an engine as a huge iron lung, air in,air out. When you make modifications or improvements to increase the amount of air flow overall, air IN is as important as air OUT.They both need to be adressed is what i'm saying,to take full advantage of any mods.Providing the intake, fuel and ignition are addressed along with the headers and exhaust, expect a good 50 horsepower gain overall (V 8) if not more.Higher gains will require a more radical camshaft, and some driveability will be sacrificed there.
