That doesn't seem to be the correct procedures. I have found a place on a Honda Goldwing site that has a very long and drawn out set of instructions. This includes at 1 hour rest after adding the water, charging at no more than 2Amps for 2-8 hours. Once fully charged the battery should once again rest for an hour before being put in the bike. Not sure how accurate this is, but it would be nice to have the actual instructions.

    Do I add water on top of the acid? there doesn't seem to b enough acid!

What type of instructions do you need. Just make sure you install the battery with the correct polarity and install the positive side first, the negative side last.

Says to charge es20lbs battery before using but it says it is charged already
You need to put a new battery on charge for at least 24 hours to condition it. Putting the electrolyte in the battery will give it some charge, but it will need a full charge to give you a proper chance of the battery doing its' job properly. That is why it says on it to charge it.
