first control the oillevel (only temporarily disconnect the oil monitoring cable to control the sparkplug the spark and the right color new sparkplug airfilter clean?

you could try the original supplier or ebay and failing that you could try searching online for a pdf manual and just buy any charger that is the correct type voltage and most importantly polarity, having looked at the bike its a childs harley type bike and is 6v 4ah and likely a sealed lead acid type so i would buy a 6v 500ma lead acid charger, if there is a charge port you will need a plug to match and you will need to check the polarity is correct or if there is easy access to the battery terminals you could just use the crocodile clips to the corresponding terminals on the battery itself there is a selection of chargers here 6V Lead Acid Battery Charger eBay a 500ma charger will charge the bike in 8hrs the higher the ah the faster it will charge but i wouldnt go much higher than 500ma without checking with the vendor that it is suitable for a 4ah battery hope this helps

it has a warning light that comes on when level is low ,other than that you need special (homemade) dipstick through breather on top of gearbox

if its a manaul the clutch has gone bad , if an auto check oillevel in transmission first

I'm afraid that you're probably not going to find a service manual online for free download. Harley-Davidson is very protective of their copyrighted materials. They do offer their manuals for sale online from authorized book dealers. You can also purchase a Clymer's manual that will cover your bike. All the specifications of your bike will be in the manuals.

I need to know what year and model your bike is and I can tell you how much oil goes where and how to change it. Since 2000 or so, Harley had used their 20W50 Syn3 oil exclusively in all three areas that require lubrication in their Big Twins.

please check if there comes enough fuel out of the tank. there can be a filter in the tank, or also a filter between tank and carb. you also can clean the carb. and check membranes in dthe carb. also make sure that the oillevel is ok when it is a little low the gen can die on its oilprotection. this protection you can disconnect, but be sure of a correct oillevel goodluck

Check your float height on the carbs. If it's not set correctly it will continue to flow fuel because it hasn't reached it's shut off point. Also I would check the jetting you may be running rich, but if the bike ran fine before it was parked I would say the float is you point of issue.As far as the oil frothing? that doesn't necessarily mean you have fuel in the oil. Air in the system will give you a similar look. If the bike has been sitting for a good period of time, it's common to have the frothing appear until the oil pushes all the air out of the system. If it's fuel, your oil level will be getting higher too, so check for that.
