Find the starter solenoid and short across the two terminals, if the starter works you have a bad solenoid. If you hold the starter button and tap the starter with a plastic hammer and the starter works, you need new starter brushes. If anything else is wrong with the starter you need to buy a new starter no new parts are available.

Remove and clean the battery cables one at a time, and start by removing the (-) "Neg" negative side of the battery first, and then the (+) "Pos" positive side of the battery, then clean the positive and negative side battery posts and the battery cable terminals so that the metal contact surfaces are clean dry and shiny, (use a battery post/terminal cleaner brush if necessary) and then re-connect the positve battery cable first, and then connect the negative battery cable, and check if the engine will start.
