You have to remove all the front panel along with the headlights that come together, I haven't found another way to do it. Iwish I had a beter solution but that's all I can suggest

The Keeway outlook 150 model 2012 owners manual recommends a pressure for both tires of 280 kPa (Kilo-Pascals) which means 40.61 pounds per square inch. However, I have a service manual that recommends 225 kPa which means 32.63 Pounds per square inch. I personally like high pressure (280 kPa) in my tires because the scooter feels more docile. My good friend Rafael, the first thing you have to have in mind is that your scooter, with only 90 miles on it, is still under warranty and you should take it to the dealer responsible for such problem. If not you should check if the cooling fan is running at a reasonable high temperature, if not check the thermal switch that activates the fan and replace it if necessary. Also you should check if the water pump is working, see if there is water running inside the radiator while the engine is running when the engine is cold to avoid hot water burns. If you can't solve the problem with this you need to tune in your engine. I hope this suggestions help you solve the overheating problem on your Outlook
