I have a few questions for you. 1. Have you owned the bike since it was new? 2. Have you been able to rev beyond 3500 rpm prior?

1992 chevy blazer idols too low when engine is cold it idols around 800 rpm but when it warms up it drops down to around 400 rpm n alittle lower when i put it in gear

The problem is in the idle air control motor. It is mounted on the throttle body with two bolts, you can pull it off and make sure it is not caked with carbon also check where it mounts on the throttle body and make sure it is not caked with carbon.

Idle will not stay set where it should be

You have air leaks in the intake that are causing the bike to run lean and idle fast. Normally the leaks are in the rubber insulator connecting the carb and manifold. The rubber gets hard and cracks. Go to the site below where you can see a parts diagram for your specific bike. You will select the actual brand, year, model, etc., once you go to the site. Part numbers and prices are also shown. You can order parts from this site. In the event no price is shown on a particular part, the part is not in stock. www.babbittsonline.com/pages/parts/viewbybrandand/parts.aspx

Honda cbr 600f2 throttle adjuster?

Sounds like you were adjusting the idle mix screw on the carburetor. I think www.bikebandit.com has OEM parts, with diagrams. Also, there are many forums for different motorcycles and their owners on the internet, I would try a Google search for the right forum for your bike. Good Luck!
