My 1100 v-star classic motorcycle won't start, makes clicking noise when I try to start it. Battery is okay.

Check the voltage of your battery, and check also the battery terminals maybe loss contact or terminal cruded

if it is not too big I would try a push start. if it is too big for that I would suspect the starter.

Loud clicking noise coming from under seat. looks like a selenoid.clicking very fast

This is usually caused by not enough voltage in your battery, replacing the battery should solve the problem. Not enough power to the starter motor, will make the soleniod click rapidly.

Replaced starter relay and stater in yamaha 1100 2001 v star

Charge battery to full, start in neutral, still clicks? Bad ground, or bad connection. Jump starter solenoid with screwdriver,etc. if motor turns over the relay is bad. Chaz Moto DC

buy a new battery shelf life is not 2 yrs the only other thing that would have saved this battery is a trickle charger or battery maintainer
