Why my 2001 kawasaki ninja zx6 die when i start slowing down? then i have to stop and start it again

Just got off the phone with my service manager at my local Kawasaki dealership. "She" looked up the torque wrench setting for the clutch spring bolts. Its the same as a 2000-2002 ZX6R and 2005-2006 ZZR600.
Torque- Clutch Spring Bolts: 8.8 N-m (0.90 kgf-m, 78 in-lb)

you need to see if you have a spark at your plugs...this is your first step

you need to check your tank vacuum pipe

The Ninja has a fuel pump circuit, have you checked the relay? This is usually the problem, the connector melts or breaks, as you can see here in this picture...also check your fuses. Hope this helps.

LET BIKE SIT FOR 5 MIN. STAND BIKE STRAIGHT UP.(WITH OUT KICK STAND TOUCHING GROUND) LOOK ON RIGHT SIDE OF BIKE THROUGH SIGHT GLASS. OIL SHOULD BE HALF TO A LITTLE ABOVE CENTER OF GLASS

check that the kickstand is depressing the button next to it when you raise it up, sometimes it gets broken or dirty etc.

You should be fine with any major brand 20w-50 motorcycle oil.
