Have a kawasaki 1993 ke100 can't get spark and wires are all messed up where could i find a wiring diagram?

There is a site glass on the left just below the oil cap. It has an H for high and an L for low oil mark. The oil should be between those two lines. The Vulcan doesn't have a dipstick.

Forgive me if I'm skeptical of web sites promising a free manual! I've had good luck with the Clymer manual ($31.95 at BikeBandit.com) The Haynes manual ($19.95 at Amazon.com) also looks good.

While it could be a bad coil, the first thing I would check would be the plug wire. If the plug wire is integrated into the coil, then you may have to replace the entire unit. Check with your local Aprilia dealer or on the Internet for the closet dealer.

.35plug gap .. points .12 to .17 or a match book cover is around 13+14 1000s of an inch ,,cdi pick up coil gap .30 should be fine

First check the engine compression with a gauge.It should be over 100psi.If not either the bore job was off or the rings either broke,stuck or were not installed correctly.Either way I would let who ever done the work know.The oil ring could be on wrong and still have compression too.

Hi .... Is this the twin or the four cylinder ? I'd suspect a condensor/points on the twin. Wiring, without seeing it, I'd can't comment on ................. a manual, multimeter & a bit of time would sort it out.
