There are only two things that could cause the problem. Very dirty oil is one and the other is a slightly bent shift fork. Try the oil and filter change first. All you have spent is $3.00 on oil and $8.00 for a filter. If a bent fork is the problem the cost is something equal to the national budget. If it is the fork I suggest you live with it and don't go over 80.
