I have a razor e200. Nice physical condition. Garbage picked. Light on throttle lights up next to the 24V label. No power when throttle is open. No engine noise. power switch is on. reset button is depressed. Wondering if the led light on the throttle switch should be lit next to the "full" label. Any suggestions as to the problem?

Charge the batteries. If still no power than replace the batteries because they are dead. The batteries in the scooter need to be kept charged. If the scooter has not been charge in two weeks to a month and over. They are probably dead and need replacing. Find replacements at razor.com

I have a 24v Razor Quad. It has new batteries wired correctly, new throttle, new controller module. It turns on, but yellow light shows low power, then goes off no power to motor. What can I do next?

Question edited for clarity.

Hello again Cindy, I gave you all the information on this a few days back. You need a competently inclined person with a multimeter. The circuit is simple. You have two 12 volts batteries in series which makes 24 volts. You have a hand controller which is a variable potentiometer like a volume control, which feeds voltage to the motors. The controller module tells you the battery voltage level and probably has a couple of relays. Check the battery wiring again, you should have a wire coming in to the plus on battery 1 and the negative on battery 1 should go to the plus on battery 2. The negative wire from battery 2 completes the circuit out. Do you know your charger works? That can be checked with a meter as well.

Get out your multimeter and check the TOTAL voltage plus on battery 1 to the negative on battery 2. You should have 24 volts, 2 x 12 volt batteries in series. Take them both off and charge each one on a car charger set at 2 amps for about 4 hours each battery. Clean all the battery connectors with a wire brush and also the connectors. Smear them with Vaseline. Also make sure you have the batteries wired up correctly. If done incorrectly, you may be running on 12 volts which is why is is showing 'Low Voltage'!

Razor mini Cooper motor not working when turn throttle tried disconnect brake no good

The throttle goes bad on those razors. You need to wire in a pushbutton toggle switch that can accept 24v... it is cheaper than buying the throttle but, it will be full on but, it is not like the thing is that fast.

MY RAZOR QUAD IS CHAREGED BUT WILL NOT RUN

I have exactly the same problem and it started right around the time the "gracious" 90-day warranty period expired.....
The battery lights had been on for days, indicating a full charge, but nothing happens when turning the throttle. Battery housing is very cumbersome to open, but I'll try to disconnect the battery next.

Razor MX650 Wont Start

you could have several different things wrong to cause this. Batteries not charged or can't charge due to bad one, bad motor, bad control module, or bad connection in wiring in one or more places. My grandson's mx650 worked fine for a dozen or so charge cycles but then started with intermediate starting problems. The power light was red and the full light would be green but switch to low amber light and back and forth on its own with no motor response when was on low amber light. He had been running it in wet conditions a couple of times and am sure that was what caused the problem which after taking the battery panels off and examining closely found what was wrong. This problem caused the intermediate starting and stopping and also would not let batteries charge right. I moved wiring while looking at the green light and amber light and found when touching the fuses connections is when lights would change. looked at all 3 30 amp fuses and 2 of them was burnt and pitted. You could see the ark in low light at the fuse when you operated the throttle, that turned out to be a good test to see what was wrong and what caused the fuses to become pitted. I sanded the fuses and clean since they were not blown and used dielectric grease in the connection and that seems to have fixed the problem. I also used the grease in some of the other connections for good luck. The bike charges now like is supposed to and the throttle lights are ok now, no more going from green to amber when wanting power. I would say the running in wet conditions is what started the problem and washing off the bike with a hose would do the same thing.

Clucking sound when riding

Neil, I do not have a solution, but however have the same exact problem. Son got an E300 for Christmas. My daughter also received an E200. The E200 works fine, but the E300 makes a clunking noise when the throttle is engaged. Also the E200 can make it easily up the drive way, but the larger and more powerful E300 can not. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ron - [email protected]

Razor e200 runs slow

This could be a sign of a dying battery, although it charges and lights the green light it cannot maintain enough juice to power the machine when it has weight on it.
