My apprilla rs 125 wont start when I press the electric start the digital reading just says cold but the tempature doesnt go up at all can you tell me whats wrong?

There is very little information in the question. Description of other symptoms are needed to go further with this.
Did the back wheel free itself when a) in neutral or b) when in gear? Is the engine seized? Does the engine kick over easily with the plug out? Does it look like the plug has particles of Aluminium on the end? How long did the strange noise last before the back wheel locked? How fast was the engine revving just before it failed?

The VIN would tell you this if you know how to read it. If you don't merely call a dealer and give them the number and they will tell you since they would want your parts business. An alternative method would be to merely test the acceleration of your bike. Look online for the times of both models. I haven't heard of a 14bhp aprilia but suppose it's possible. Here are some specs I dug up."RS 125 Standard" Topspeed=170kph/105 mph. Acceleration=0-100kph/0-60mph 6.6 seconds (at sea level). Racing track Aprilia RS 125 topspeed=220kph/140mph Acceleration 0-100kph/0-60mph 5+/-seconds.
