If possible, please transfer the lights to another working bike and check if the lights work when that bike is turned on. If so, then your bike needs to be repaired (might need old wires changed) before your lights and horn will function again.
The fuse box is often mounted under the seat or behind one of the small side fairings directly beIow the seat. I think on your bike it is behind the Left side trim panel, (gears side).
There are 5 or 6 fuses, a 15A that is the main fuse and a set of 10A fuses for other features on the bike. Check all of the 10A fuses and I think the one you need is the second one down.
*Note* ALWAYS replace fuses with the same rating as the one you took out!
Try this website. It's a copy of a workshop manual for the GS series of bikes. https://gsarchive.bwringer.com/mtsac/~cliff/storage/gs/GS1000_C-E-S-L_Manual.pdf
Could be ignition fuse. If not that then check the large block connectors which are usually located on the left hand side at the front of the bike behind the cowling beneath the handle bar. These connectors are notorious on GSXR's
You almost certainly have a bad coonnection somewhere, have a look behind the headlight to start with. Really, you need to do some electrical fault finding with a multi tester. Try to pin point exactly when the fuse is blowing - ie when u switch something on, or when you start up..... Some times the tank of these can rub o hole in the wiring loom underneath - check there. There are many electrical `potential` probs with gs`s but they can be rectified. Try the GSRESOURCE site for more assistance.
Try replacing the indicator relay, the fuse won't just go unless the circuit has been overloaded (unlikely if you haven't touched it) the relay will be somewhere by the headlight, as for the fuses they usually are located to the left or right below where your handle bars are (under the plastic cover/fairing)
Look for a bad ground connection inside the headlight shell (or possibly elsewhere). The other thing that all of the items you mention that are working intermittently have in common is the ignition switch. With the switch 'on', check for battery voltage at the fuses for the headlight, turn signals, horn, etc. No voltage at the fuses likely means a bad ignition switch.
When you reassembled the bike did you pinch any of the wiring harnesses? Trace the wiring through the bike and make sure everything has a solid connection between their respective power sources and activation switches. Alot of time bikes run wiring under the gas tanks so you need to make sure that you didnt cut anything when pputting it back on (if you removed the tank)
