Sir, i have bajaj pulser 150, i bought in 2007. avery thing was fine before last service from my local area. when i start the bike, horn, speedometer and indicater not work. after 10 minute all the function working proparly.

Under the clocks are a set of wires. Make sure they are all in place. It sounds like there is a loose connection but once you're moving it fixes itself.
Make sure the earth wires from the battery are secure, a loose or rusty earth wire can cause electrical annoyances.
