With that many codes and those specific codes I would suggest finding a reputable transmission shop. I suspect either a wiring issue or a bad trtransmission control module. A good shop should be able to determine which in just a couple hours or so.
lets start with po562, this is a transmission code with low voltage reading at trans solenoids, for this code test your battery and alternator, the next code po700, this code is to tell you that there is a transmission code stored in the transmission module, which could be the po700. but sccanning the trans module may be a good idea to check for other codes, i assume at this point you are having transmission problems? as far as these codes i would check all fuses and connectors going to transaxle(transmission). you may have internal problems, as we know these chrysler transmissions are junk but you may have bad connection or bad wire to transaxle controller. last code po016 this code i would check first, i have worked on a few of these that had po016 which means crank and cam correlation . this means the crank and cam are not aligned meaning worn chain , these 2.7 engine... or cam gear spun. testing this ,you will need to know about car repair or you could damage the engine if it isnt already.
get a good battery into it and you should be fine. I don't remember where they hid the batteries on that one, but if it's in front of the left front wheel you will need to clean the contacts and test your battery because that configuration was problematic.
The PO562 is merely a low voltage code. Tranny codes are 700's. It is possible your brakes are dragging and that's forcing a downshift early; hoist it up and check for freewheeling, but I would take it to a reputable tranny shop. Believe it or not, you can ask your Mopar dealer for a recomendation; most dealers do sublet some of their tranny jobs out to independents, esp their used cars. Keep the faith.
