SOURCE: can you tell me the tyre pressure on a fjr 1300

Tire pressure is 36 psi @ front & rear but if the total load is over 198 pounds shuold be 42 psi on rear, always measured when tire is cold. Final gear oil capacity is .21 US qt or .18 Imp qt, engine is 4.23 US qt or 3.52 Imp qt when replacing the oil filter. information is from the owner's manual.

Rear: 42 psi
Beveldrive: 6.8 ounces
engine oil: 4.2 quarts (oil/filter change)

SOURCE: Is there a fix for the excessive heat that comes

i have a heat shield blanket between the tank and teh engine, foam in both side cowling to forcr the heat out of the slots, and the cromit heat fix that basically blocks enging heat from hiting your left ankle
