The Overload relay may be faulty. Replace the overload relay. Althernatively turn in the UPS to an expert since there is life power in the circuits.

Overload problem

If there is an internal fan oil it's pivot or replace it.
If not circuit board is faulty. Time to buy new UPS. I have one like this that cannot be repaired.

Our ups apc back-ups 1500 is making beeb sound with red led blinking (overload option)

remove the load fom the ups and restart the ups. if the ups alarms again then the problem is in the inverter.

All led blink

hi, if the leds blinking are for batteries (the ones above the battery symbol) then its not that the machine is not faulty. it needs some calibration constants. contact your local apc service engineer centre. this happens especially after battery change.

Overload LED lit, constant warning tone, no load

you may have to many things plugged into the ups, it is not good to plug a power bar into one of the outlets of one of these as you are OVERLOADING the device with more power than it can produce

Overload LED lit, constant warning tone, no load on unit. Is there an internal component available to repair this unit?

I have seen this caused by a defective battery. Disconnect the battery and reconnect to AC and see if the overload symptom disappears.
