hi, if the leds blinking are for batteries (the ones above the battery symbol) then its not that the machine is not faulty. it needs some calibration constants. contact your local apc service engineer centre. this happens especially after battery change.
you may have to many things plugged into the ups, it is not good to plug a power bar into one of the outlets of one of these as you are OVERLOADING the device with more power than it can produce
