If you buy a Power Commander from a company called Dynojet then yes you can adjust the system yourself however even if you get a power commander my suggestion is to take the bike to a dealership that has a Dynomometer and have the bike tuned on the Dyno that way you know exactly what your fuel is doing and you dont lean the mixture out to much

I would like to increase my rpm to 6800 how do i do it 2000 road king. efi.

Just twist the throttle (LOL)! Assuming you have EFI and you are talking about changing the rev limit you will need a laptop, screaming eagle race tuner software and the connector block unique for your bike. These can be bought online or at your local H-D dealer. You can then change many parameters, including air/fuel ratio at particular rpm's as well as the rev limiter setting. There are other ways to do this, but this it what the manufacturer recommends.

I think you need to cover all bases.Check out all ign stuff distributer electronics an stuff.Does it have stage I ign.?Also where is the miss?out pipes or breather?Check voltage to plugs and maybe change plug heat range.Don't forget fuel pressure at throttle body.

I need the timing speecs for a 05 roadking anyone?

I am taking it that this is an EFI bike? Your timing specs are contained in the MAP your ECM uses to control AFR and timing at various RPM and conditions. You would have to purchase the Screamin Eagle Race Tuner (SERT) to read this information. Unless you are using an after market controller (fuel and or timing) device.
If you are looking to make this timing adjustment yourself...be very careful, burned pistons, etc. cost a whole lotta money to fix.

Stock exhaust made louder.

my friend has the same bike and wanted to do the same but unfortunately the exhausts have a catalyst in them so if he had altered them they would fail the mot. best bet would be to buy an after-market slip on silencer etc. hope this helps
