The battery is draining down and the bike is not charging back to the battery.
SOURCE: Bike starts, fuse blows
Remove the head light bulb, replace the fuse and thn start...see if the fuse will blow.
Check the head light wiring for short-circuit.

detach the positve wire on the battery
then put it back again
when the wire touches the positve pole and spark, it has a short circuit
