My headlight keeps burning out on my znen tommy 150cc scooter every few days i have to put a new bulb in WTF?

Occasionally bulbs will fail for no reason. Replace the bulb and try again. If it fails again, then you likely have a problem.

Possible wrong bulbs installed?

Take a look at the automatic choke. On my Znen 150T-18 I had the same problem. The automatic choke was stucn the on position. It would start then when it warmed up the choke would stay on instead of turning off. The engine would turn off.

sounds like you have too much voltage coming out from your battery, mabey a faulty regulator. The easiest way to test this, is to get a multi - meter, and check the volage output at the battery, with the engine running, at idle should read about 12.5 - 13 volts. Then rev the bike up, and seeif the reading changes, it should not go more than 13.8 or 14 volts max. If it does, then i say you have a faulty regulator/ rectifier.
