What are the torque settings for the front brake caliper bracket and brake pad retaining pin on a honda cbr 125r

remove the belly pan,undo the radiator there are 2 bolts either side of the manifold undo these and the bolt at the rear near the silencer. the exhaust should now be able to be removed.

I not sure whether I can help you but I have found a couple things cause jammed or stuck shifters.
Shift forks are bent and must be checked for alignment. Tough problem need to strip out transmission.
Pawl shifter damaged or retainer clip broken. The pawl shifter is attached to the shift lever and moves the forks into place through shifting up and down. You will have to pull the side cowl after removing the clutch cover, drain the oil.
Make sure you have enough oil in the sump, if it runs a wet sump. Low oil can cause stiction.
Check clutch for excessive wear which can cause poor shift performance.

You probably know this but... when you put it into gear you don't have your kickstand down do you. There is an automatic shutoff on the kickstand.

front brake calper bracket bolts = 30 Nm
front brake pad retaining pin = 17 Nm
