The CDI controls the firing order of the coils independantly of each other, if you are getting backfiring then that means that there is enough fuel getting to the combustion chamber, it's just not igniting when it should, which can be caused by faulty spark plugs (you've replaced) faulty coils (you've replaced) the only things left are the CDI and the ignition pulse generator, either of these could be faulty but the CDI is the most likely, unfortunately you can't really test it, the only thing you can do is to swap it with a known good one. Just a thought, check connectors for corrosion.

What is the firing order of 2007 Jaguar S Type 3.0 v6 engine?

142536 rh bank as you look from rear of engine ie: drivers seat rh cylinders 123 lh 456 jaguar changed cyljnder numbering about mid 2000s which confused things a little before it was 135 246 the ecm still recorded misfires etc with cyl numbers.but at the time was not easy to decide which cylinder was at fault and looking to replace plugs or on plug coils some techs got it wrong and with the coils not cheap we had to be carefull so no1 is the rh bank at front on all cheers.

1988 Suzuki Intruder 750gl losing power after 2-3 minutes of riding, starts backfiring and loses all power. It runs in Neutral I have replaced spark plugs/cables, ignition coils, and ignitor box....

backfires are a sure sign of ign problems , beings that you replaced some parts already , next thing id look at is the pick up for ign . this is usually on same side as the alternator stator and comes off with just a screwdriver (sometimes)
also I hope you installed the right type of plugs as folks sometimes install "resistor plugs" because that's what the parts guy gave me !! these smaller ign systems don't perform well with resistor plugs and it causes power loss as well

1986 Honda VF 1100 C backfires at cruising speed

Plugs and wires. It could be many other things, but this is the most likely scenario. Start with that, and then get into the more expensive and more difficult possibilities. Most people never change spark plugs or plug wires on their motorcycles they are usually hard to get to so they just don't mess with them.

No spark to rear cylinders runs good and then runs on one cylinder 1986 honda shadow 1100

try switching the position of the two coils, the plug wires will unscrew off of the coils and that way you dont have to pull the spark plug wires too,(be sure and change the 2 wire couplers too) if your front cylinder stops firing you know its the coil, if the back cylinder still doesn't fire then your coil is good and you either have a bad #2 spark unit or a bad crank pulse generator.

How many miles are on your car and when was your timing belt replaced last? You could be in need of a Timing belt replacement.

83 shadow starts on one cylinder

you may want to go and have your coils looked at. the first thing you should do though is pull the plugs and see what shape they are in. the plugs will tell you everything about your engine and what it is doing and when. if your plugs are good then go have your coils inspected. do not try this yourself if you do not know what you are doing. there is a very high chance of very high electrical discharge to you. it may even kill you if it hits right.

1990 5 speed Honda Accord DX 2 cylinders wont fire

Could be head gasket or piston rings. Piston ring issues will smoke under load or when revving the engine.

Do a compression test.
