Best thing to do is get the whole system checked out by a yam electrician ,It will be less cost to you in the long run .as they can test each component for faults .

Front cylinder has no spark xv250 1999

Try a new plug, If not, the pulser coil in the LH motor cover is the first to check. take a resistance test of the pulser where the wires come out of the motor (Unplugged). Forget the 3 white, they are only for charging, The other 4 are the pulsers, 2 for each. I don't have the color codes, But they should both have the same resistance reading, 100~330 ohms. If one pair is wayoff from the other, That coil is bad. Ignition coils under the tank & black boxes, VERY SELDOM go bad.

I have a yamaha virago xv250 03' model. Its done

first thing to do is to drain oil from your motorcycle use wrench 17(size may vary) to open the bolt under your bike and place a drain bucket under it, then remove spark plug using spark plug remover, as for the filter you can use a cross screw driver to remove the air filter, once you replace the spark plug and the air filter let the oil subside for about 3hrs, then return the bolt and place new oil, i dont know if this help but i hope it will
