Max pressure is 41psi for thise tires. Tire pressure depends much on how you ride/drive.

depending on your size (160lb vs 300lb) you can start at about 36R 34F and go up. Too low, you damage teh tire, too high you feel every rock in the road.

Peace,

Where is idle and can I adjust it myself, on my 2003 dyna lowrider?

You can adjust it IF your bike is equipped with a carb. You may have to take the outer air filter cover off. Look at the top of the carb. Just to right of the round looking top is the idle stop screw. Clockwise to speed it up.

Good Luck

Where is the drain plug on a 2004 dyna lowrider?

The oil tank is on the bottom of the transmission. Two drain plugs. The center one is the transmission drain, the one towards the front on the left side is engine oil drain.

I have a 2003 dyna lowrider and i want to mount a bat wing and hard bags to it make it into a street glide is it posibile got the bat wing iner and outer off 98 modle

Since you have the so called "narrow-glide" front end, like a Sportster, you would find the same fairing as used on FLHX to be huge and not good for handling (excessive bulk). It would also require special brackets. Look at the Hoppe "VanillaZilla" aftermarket kit -- not cheap! -- for your narrow glide. As far as hard bags, there are various aftermarket kits available.
