If the bike is reving high in top gear but you are not gaining speed or very little speed your clutch is slipping. This is a sign the clutch needs replaced.

that means your mixer screw r to high find the screws then wind them right in and then wind them out 5 turn at first then 1 after that then that should be it and then u r on your way
go to gadgets fix it page, they have diagrams and step by step instructions to do this, i use his site religiously you can find anything there about your vulcan
