could be a sticky needle and seat, or float level. First try tapping on the carby bottoms with a screwdriver handle, sometimes this can dislodge a partical of dirt causing the problem. If not, then the carby will have to be removed and taken apart. This is a common problem if your bike has been in storage over winter.
