Hello William, My specs. show 80-90#. I like to torque them in three steps, 70, 80, & 90# with oiled threads and oil under the heads of the bolts. Let the gasket do it's job... DON'T OVER TORQUE

Is this a 2 cycle or 4 cycle motorcycle?

I am not familiar with this model. Typically, motorcycle transmissions are lubricated with engine oil. Do you not have a owners manual for your 3 year old motorcycle? Check behind the side covers or better yet, check with your Suzuki dealer.

A service manual is a valuable tool with an aging bike. I suggest the dealer/mfr. or Clymer books. In the meantime, go to the library reference section...646 stacks should have what you need.
