Yes. you may need to make some engine mounts to fit the new engine to the old frame, but you will also need to transfer the electrical harness from the RM to the TS chassis.

The noise it was making was probably the fuel pump. Check for a burnt fuse or bad relay.

No spark on 1971 suzuki ts 125

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Initially, check for pulsating voltage on the black/yellow wire from the magneto to the ignition coil. Additionally, temporarily disconnect the black/yellow wire to the ignition switch.

Perhaps a wiring diagram would be of additional help.

Hi i have a 1986 ts250x with a power valve but has two wires cut off on the inside off the part that runs it,do them wire hook up to anything if so what?as the bike runs well and goes real hard,thank you...

I have a suzuki 4 wheeler frame with a 185 4 stroke yamaha engine and they have butchered the wiring and somehow they had it running but its been thru a coupe ppl's hands to fixand i need a wiring diagram...

u need a manual for that yr-clymer makes good ones-chec library for *** books-similar layout
