I have a 2002 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic Injected - FLHTCU I and need to know how to remove the ignition switch. The bike loses all power when it is turned to the left.

Probably the switch inside the brake lever. They're touchy and you have to be very careful or you'll be buying a new one again. You Tube they'll show ya.
Get some good electrical cleaner spray displays that connection scrubber with alcohol, make sure the fuses good and try again pulled a plug-in out, even though you charge the battery make sure the battery has 12.67 V of starting juice. How was your battery may be needed. New battery
Idle speed on a fuel injected bike must me set by the dealer if it's still stock. I think you can set it yourself in you have a Power Commander on the bike but I don't know how to work with that unit.
