Gilera runner vxr 200 cuts out after 10 seconds of running and if i touch the throttle wil immediately cut out. Also there is a small black pipe on the carb on the left hand side right beside the choke that is not connected to anything ca anybody tell me what this. REALLY NEED SOME HELP

Is your speedometer cable driven or electronic? If its cable driven, its off the front wheel and either the cable is broken or the gears in the wheel are broken. Electronic...its dealership time.

Remove the air filter, cut the gas off, drain the carb float bowl.

That should fix it!!

coil lead plug cap needs replacing , no shield to protect spark plug from getting wet due to weather/water splash. electrical spray lubricant requires from damp start problem

Replace spark plug Add some sea foam to fuel it is a fuel cleaner See if that helps you MOPAR KENNY

i have had the same problem i found that i had to lift the needle in the carb as once it get to hot the engine cuts out and i found by lifting the needle it helps but you will find that the needle has no way of ajustment all i did was use some small washers then put the needle back in the carb to get to the needle you have to remove the big black cover on top of carb

have a look at the starter switch it mat be stuck in or there is a short in it holding the starter on, it could also be a relay stuck on, if its a relay change it, running the engine with the starter still engaged will reck it

its not getting any fule to it have a look to see if the fule pipe is blocked or if a jet is blocked
