There should be 2 screws on each side which holds the light housing, losen then about 2 turns, adjust the headlight accordingly and tighten all back again. If you are doing it yourself, do it in your dark garage or at night time (dusk) so you can see the height you wanted.

Check you side stand safety switch . Suzuki uses a system that kills the motor if you put it in gear with the side stand down or put the side stand down while it is in gear and it is running.

Low beam switch may be bad. use a meter to check for power to lowbeam side of lamp. cleaning with electrical contact spray may help.

c28 is the code for a problem with the secondary throttle valve actuator
