Is mixture set correct on carb. air and gas mixture. Will not run if too much air or too much gas. Also is it flooded. Is spark plug gap set Correct.

Is it the wheel bearings or is it the transmission? You will need to raise up the back of the bike to see if the wheel spins. Check the gears are in neutral. you may have to loosen the wheel aligners and push the wheel forward to remove the chain. With the chain off, if the wheel is still stuck, it could be wheel bearings, If it turns freely, I would say your transmission or primary gears have locked up.. Also, check and make sure the rear brake has released..

clean carb and tank and replace fuel !

has the bike sat up for any amount of time?? if so first clean you carb, replace spark plug. when was the last time you had the valves adj.? remove the airbox and spary alittle carb cleaner, starter fuild , wd-40 in the carb with the thorttle wide open, then close the throttle and see what happens if wants to start clean your carb.

idle jets are clogged needs to have carb cleaned

have a kawasaki dealer duplicate it for you, else, you will have to change the ignition system

i would pull your carbs, clean them and look for wear on your diaphrams and check your floats.
