First u hv to check the leaking point, if its da radiator then it'll be bit tough for u to repait it without any help. IF its a hose or from the cowlings try applying a high temp silicon.

I have 2002 YZ 125 and coolent is leaking- so I replaced the gasket on what it looked like a water pump contected to the hose easy 5 to 6 screws selaent and gasket good to go. However that fixed the leak...

your water pump shaft runs threw bearing and seal, and your seal is bad,not to big of job to replace, you can order part off they also have a breakdown of parts picture you can look at to help in seeing what needs to be removed to fix) and it will be ok to ride as long as you do not let the colant run out( no colant =overheat=locked up engine.) so check colant every 5-min of riding untill you fix.....

Oil is a grey colour in the engine of my yz 125 2001

Your bike is water cooled. Some of that water is leaking into the gear box. The cylinder gasket is the likely leak. I would let the shop take a look at it instead of trying to fix it yourself.

But be sure there is not an external source for the water. Do you wash the bike often? Ride the creek bed often? Leave the bike where the lawn sprinkler gets the bike wet? Leave it out in the rain? Change the oil and keep the bike dry. If the problem comes back then go see the dealer.

I'm getting a "creamy" oil coming out of the overflow

when oil becomes creamy or foamy it is a sighn that you are getting moisture in it. you must have water leaking into your oil. you should fix the problem soon because your oil will not work properly with an excess if moisture in it.

Water leak/mixing with oil

change the seal behind the water pump impeller
the shifter shaft seal will stop leaking
if it continues to mix water and oil you will have to change the head gasket
