Probably the ignition coil or module, when it shuts down immediately check for spark, if there is no spark that's where your problem lies. if there is spark then chances are it's a fuel problem, and your fuel solenoid (if it has one) could be faulty, when it heats up it shuts the fuel off.
good luck

My suzuki 125 wont start I recharge the batterry and replaced the sparkplug and start during it's on choke but if I return to normal it dies. pls help me

It's a carburated bike. You need to have your carburator cleaned. It's not a difficult job, howver if you are not comfortable with what your doing a shop will charge a half hour or 1 hour o clean it for you on average.

Your carborator mixes your fuel and air. when the bike is at idle it is only getting fuel from the "idle" needle. The smallest needle in the carb. These needles are hollow. As fuel sits in the carburator for a long period of time (over 2 weeks) then the fuel can gum up and clog the neeedle. If it runs when the choke is on but dies when you take it off the choke this is what is happening:

On some bikes a "choke" doesn't actually choke it of fuel, sometimes it actually enrichens it. Your bike is probably set up to open another passage way besides the "idle" needle allowing fuel to go into the engine from another passage. you shut the "choke" off and now it only has the idle needle to get fuel from. If that's clogged the bike dies.

A can of carb clean and a screw driver is usually all you need to clean a carb. But if done wrong you will pay more to have a pro fix it.

Engine speed hunts on idle. Auto trans slow shift.

The fast idle valve is inside the throttle body. Sometimes it backs out and needs turned back in (it's threaded). This will cause the loping idle.

Get transmission filter changed with new fluid. Honda does not recommend transmission flushing.

1983 rg 250 gamma mk1 import would only run with choke on now wont start at all?

Hi,
Your plugs are probably dripping with an unburnt gas mixture/residue if you've ridden the bike any serious distance with the choke on.

Change your plugs, don't just clean them, Change Them...

Check your idle jet in your carb. Clean it, carefully.

Good Luck and Let me know...

Suzuki 2009 DR-Z 250 won't rev past half throttle

I would have it checked out. I know that it has limitors on it but it shouldn't be half throttle. It should rev as soon as you start twisting the trottle.
