I have a Kymco People S ( Solona) 200cc....163cc. I live here in Vientam. it is a '08 model. I put a after market exhaust on it. It sputters and does little back fires only during deceleration..I guess tha is a Air- Fuel mixture issue. What is the best way to fix that?? How do I adjust the carb? Thank you. John Buster. That is correct;if you do not upjet you can damage your motor!

Try up jetting the carb first doing this as many will tell you is pot luck most of the time i suggest trying a main jet ten higher than whats in it

Yes valve clearance is measured at TDC when both the Inlet and Exhaust valves are closed.

II have a 2008 kymco venox it wont turn on at all I think the ignition switch is dead need help
My bike (different model) had a similar problem. I wiggled the wires all around the starter relay and the panel came live but went off again. A quick rewire and hey presto! May work for you.
