Ok you will have to remove the seat and the fuel tank.
You will need metric wrenchs and sockets and a stanard screw driver and a philip head screw driver.
One you have the tank off you will see the carbs. They will be attached to the airbox by some rubber boots that are held on by a clamp. Unscrew then all till loose. You will see more clamps on the front side of the carbs do the samd as the airbox. There will be 2 cables going to the carbs one is the throttle and one is the choke they will need to be disconected. Now what you need to do it pull the carbs out of the rubber intack boots and work them out of the bike.

Looks like you have a fuel problem, check for restrictions in the fuel flow pipe, you may have to remove the carbs and clean the jets inside, remove airbox and check free movment of all 4throttle slides by placing your finger under the slide and lifting it upwards

Especifications fuel level carbs zx 7r 97

Without the manual, I would ensure they are set by holding carby vertical so that the float is hanging downward. In this position you shouldnt be able to blow into carb through petrol line and usually the float jointing will lie parallel to carb body

1986 Kawasaki Ninja won't fire

Theres fuel starvation, the carbs are not getting required fuel in other words the float chambers doesnt get the correct amount of fuel .
Check the fuel flow from the petcock to the carburators.
Check the float pin and adjust accordingly to get the right level inthe float chamber of each carburator.
Hope this helps!
