Check simple things first like, spark plug, try a new one or the plug cap,a bad earth frame connection in relation to the ignition system, cdi unit earth, ecu frame earth etc, etc 1. check the kill switch. 2.check the resistances in the high tension coil. Primary around 0.6 ohm, secondary around 15~20k ohms. 3 . check the output source coil , black/red~ red/white it should carry about 20~ 28 ohms with an output of around 30 volts. 4. last but not least check the pulse coil. red~ green 85~ 115 0hms.Glad to help Red.

On my 92 rm 125 i put a new stater on it and where

Could be a bad coil, coil wire or module. The module converts the pulses of the stator so the coil knows when to spark. Bad coil = no spark. Bad coil wire = no spark to plug.

1993 suzuki rm 125 has no spark?

best spark plug is iridium plug, takes the heat and lasts alot more rides. could be flooded, take plug out , stick finger over hole , kick start till it drys out. take match stick and clean inside of plug, should be good. otherwise probably a fuel problem.
