Wont go into 1st or 2nd, but will shift up to 4th and 5th, will sometimes go into netreal when riding, it has just had full motor rebluid, is it the slectors? when motor was apart all gears were good, and all three slectors were good. had just been run in

Probably issues with Shift Solenoids. You need a transmission specialist or an auto electrician with a pro grade bi-directional scan tool computer that can tell the solenoids to operate and confirm that they did. Or it is the powertrain module that is at fault.

If the Linkage is not damaged, you are going to need to pull the Transmission out.

The part that went bad is called the SYNCRO's

TPS SENSOR.
IT CONTROLS SHIFTING AT THE RIGHT TIME
AND COULD ALSO CAUSE ALL OF THE SYNMTHOMS
THAT YOU HAVE LISTED SOMETIMES WITH OUT GIVING YOU A CODE GOOD LUCK

The rear tire is not moving at the speed that is normal for 4th or 5th gear..AND if you do get the tire moving that fast.. it is BEYOND DANGEROUS!!
This sounds like the 4th and 5th gears may need replacing.. or the shift drum detent for 5th gear has somehow become ineffective.. If you continue to ride this bike , you may cause more trouble and damage to the transmission.

check shift fork adjustment. make sure you bleed the slave cylinder.also check shift cable adjustment.
