I felt on mi bike and i lost the kay y got i new one and im trying to get fuel out of the injectors , the fuel pump its ok but when i spray fuel in the air box it works but its no fuel coming from the injectors, does the key have something to do qith it, maybe a chip or some?

Hello. It seems the fuel pump/fuel injection pump lost its 'prime' causing the engine to 'try to start' and/or 'run' until the starting fluid is gone. Yes, if the injection pump is not 'timed' right; this will, still, cause a no-start hard-start condition. Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.

year/make/model/engine size??? Do a fuel pressure test to see what the pressure is. Low/no pressure= poor spray

Run tests. Fuel pressure correct? Spark at plugs when cranking? Fuel injector pulse working? Compression test?

Even with a new pump its important to check fuel pressure and flow . Low pressure fuel pressure regulator stuck open or fuel pump faulty . Low flow blocked fuel filter . if the above is all ok. Back probe injector with led trouble light , light will glow while motor is turning over. if not check fuses , if ok check injector cable back to the ECU for bad connections .

that pertains to fuel injectors. depends on year.if it has a vortec engine it has spider wire fuel inj.sys.check fuses fuel pump pres. injector pulse.if all ok pull injectors themselves if spraying and clogged

try a crank shaft position sensor

Clogged air filter ? Needs air into the engine also ,plus compression . Are the fuel injectors spraying fuel into the engine ? Try spraying starting fluid into the engine through the throttle plate and seeing if it starts then ? If it does ,fuel injector problems .

you nee to get to a wiring tech,thats a wiring issue also try replacing the distributer

Sounds like the CDI is faulty.

You cannot bleed the fuel injection system.Test the pump alone (not on the bike) for sufficient fuel supply.Also check the fuel pump relay.
If all that is ok next time you try to crank the engine (only with kill switch on, the fuel pump primes up) with lifted tank and opened air box, spray a bit of carb cleaner spray towards the throttle bodies.It will help.
