How to install clock spring

Not recomended for untrained people as airbags can be very dangerous. That said you need to. 1) disconect battry 2) remove SRS (Airbag fuse) 3) remove shroud around steering colum 4) wait ten minutes. 5) remove horn pad (airbag houseing) usualy held in by tamper proof bits from back of steering wheel. 6) unplug wires to airbag & horn 7) undo steering wheel bolt & mark position of steering wheel to colum splines. 8) remove steering wheel with suitable puller (NOT a hammer) 9) unclip clock spring & replace 10) reverse procedure

How To Clean Battery Terminals With Coke

Best way is boiling water straight from the jug, You can make up a bi carb & water solution to nutralise acid on battry. If to dirty for this the terminals should be removed from the posts & cleaned properly (sand paper or a battry post / terminal cleaner is even better but make sure you have your radio code if you have coded radio. Refit terminals & spray with battry terminal treatment spray.

Replaceing 04 ba headlights

Ford ba? Battry side you will have to unclamp the battry & move a bit or possibly remove (hope you have your radio code. Use a mirror behind the light so you can see the clip that holds the globe in. Carefull undoing the clip cause if you bend it you will need to remove the whole h'light which is recomended removeing bumper & you don't want that just for replaceing a globe. If uncertain cheaper just to have mechanic do it.

Unsetable idle after change the battry

I would recommend cleaning out your throttle body. When the battery was removed the computer lost its learned values, and now its not compensating for the carbon build up in the throttle body, that is now restricing airflow. you can drive it and it will relearn it, but its just learning how to work around a problem. I would say its better to fix the problem. My customers dont want to drive their cars until they stop running like junk so they can learn new throttle position values.
