Aprillia Pagaso efi stutter at 2 to 3000 rp. This causes jerky throttle response especially around town and I think adds to the high fuel usage.

Jerky fuel injection is a known problem on this model. You should be able to sort it with a PowerCommander, or get used to it - I was going to get one but after a couple thousand miles I harly notice it any more so didnt bother.

Why would my bike have a small occasional stutter at highway speed and be fine when just riding around town

Check spark, magneto or generator, and air filter - at higher speeds you will need stonger spark and air flow

Lurches under a load , then can push accelerater to floor with no response wont idle and stutters under power

Your TPS switch is on one side of the butterfly plate in the air induction system. Disconnect the connector to this part and hook an Ohmmeter to the TPS unit.

Then open and close the throttle by hand and observe the Ohmmeter action. It should be smooth to the throttle response. If it lapses and jumps, the TPS is bad.

Roomba stutters on one wheel causing it to quit

Try setting the Roomba on the floor, powering it up, pressing down hard on the front, just above the front wheel, and hitting "clean" or "spot." My Roomba had the same problem, and this seems to do the trick for it. I think it has something to do with the Roomba thinking the front wheel is extended (which would indicate a cliff) even though it's really not.

If this doesn't work, you might try pressing down over whichever wheel doesn't turn when you turn the Roomba on.

Have an 08 Triumph Speedmaster Efi model. Put K&N filter, triumph cone mufflers, power commander (PCIII) on and having trouble @ low speed around town, won't idle when cold and backfiring when...

the fuel is lean on the bottom, i dont know if the power commander can add some fuel or not. Why disconnect air injection, also if disconnected is the exhaust leaking.

1988 Kmx 125`hits short flatspot /stutter at 8000 revs

You changed the back pressure in the exhaust and that is what causing your problem either put the washer back in or have the carb properly jetted

94 Lincoln TC engine stalls when slowing/stopping

Most common cause of stalling for Lincolns in that era is the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor). It regulates fuel mixture, idle speed etc. A bad TPS will usually act up in one of two ways:
  1. When cold, car continually stalls
  2. When warm, car stalls when slowing down (especially if AC is on)
As far as valve cover oil leak, it's a problem that should be addressed to keep oil from fouling your spark plugs but highly unlikely to be the cause of your stalling problem. Hope this answers your question. All the best.
