Change spark plugs 2003 an recomend type plug

Don't use anything but AC Delco 41-103's TB's love these. You can get them at the dealer, but can get them cheaper from someone like Autozone. Our TB's don't like the normal replacements you find at autoparts stores.

How do I remove the spark plug to clean it?

Very easy. You just need the correct size spark plug wrench to undo the plug, turning in a anti - clockwise direction. Remove the plug, and using a wire brush, just give it a light scrub. It is more recomended to replace the spark plug rather than clean it. A new plug should last about 15,000 miles.

Whats the correct spark plug gap for a 1972 honda cl 100. And what is the recomended type of oil to use?

Correct spark plug gap is 0.6 -0.7mm and oil viscosity is variable like SAE 20/30w some thing like this and also depends on weather conditions.

At how many miles do i change the sparkplugs and which are recomended

you should check your owners manual for manufacturer recomendations. If you do not have 1 then call or stop by you local dealership and talk to the service manager.

now personally I like the 50000 mile interval and prefer AC plugs.

Which ones are the recomended spark plugs Otto

The original equipment (OE) spark-plug is:
Denso Resistor U-Groove 1JA 446444

There are other spark-plugs that could match or surpass the recommended brand. You have to ask at the autoparts store where you get the parts from.
