Typically it goes tank outlet to fuel filter to carb. Which end is confusing you? If its a 2cyl engine, with 2 carbs, then it may go to a split to feed gas to both carbs, but that's not likely on a 110cc.
When I say right hand side i mean sitting on the bike facing forward. Just under the steering colum and above the cylinder the carburator is located on the bottom of the carburator is the fuel bowl (sort of brass colored) on the right side at the top of the bowl is the fitting that takes fuel directly from the valve at the tank. FUEL FILTER
(For 40/55/60/70/110/115/155/165 Models
Only)
1. Remove side cover screws using 5/16" nutdriver.
2. Remove side cover.
3. Pull upper fuel line off fuel filter neck (see
Figure 15 or 16).
4. Carefully pry bushing, fuel filter, and lower
fuel line (110/115/155/165 Models only) out
of fuel tank (see Figure 16).
5. Wash fuel filter with clean fuel and replace in tank.
6. Attach upper fuel line to fuel filter neck.
7. Replace side cover.

Does the "fuel filter to carb" section run all the way around the bottom of the engine block? That's what it looks like to me, but I don't understand why they would bother with the extra 12-18" of fuel line . . .
