we have no such scooter in USA< Burgman 200 , 400, 650 yes
the Burgman is named Skywave in only Japan
So go to the Japan Suzuki dealer and ask for the manual..

Hi, change fuse first and check battery voltage. After you changed the fuse you should get electricity flowing trough the system if it still won't start the battery could be damaged as well...

You have a charging system problem, either a defective Alternator or voltage regulator or a wire connector issue from the above.

really, if the kill switch ar key dont do it you have a wire not hooked up, it goes to ground to stop the spark.

check the electrics if they are fried, you need to change them
