I know you're not going to believe this but there is no idle screw on the 03 125 you have to set the idle by using the slack adjuster either at the throttle itself or at the top of the carburator you will have to slide the boot out of the way adjust accordingly tighten jam nut and you're good to go :-) here's a good one on the 03 the brass washer on the thr drain plug if you loose it and put the drain plug in anyway the bike will not shift and if it does shift it will give you a false neutral between some gears when it warms up usualy on the face of a jump. great bike though Ride safe and Good Luck

How ro set idle on 1995 v-6

Make sure carb or jets are working properly. Warm engine up and use the idle set screw AFTER your sure the mixture is properly set. Get a diagram of your carb (or metering jets) to find where the set screws are located. There are various fuel metering types to these engines.

How to tune a 2 bbl motorcraft carb

are you asking how do you set the idle mixture. if so all you do is locate the idle mixture screws at the front of the carb at the base. there is one screw for each venture. turn in(one at a time) screw until it bottoms then turn it out 3-4 turns with the engine off then do the other screw. start engine and then turn each screw(one at a time) in until idle starts to run rough then back out, until you get a smooth idle speed then do the same to the other screw. then if you need to check idle speed with a tach and set it to 750 rpms. if you mean rebuild the carb kit comes with instructions and pictures, you can take photos while disassembly to show/remind you where the components go and pay particular attention to the jets and metering rods.

or you looking for the idle screw or a screw to keep someone from opening the throttle the whole way?
I the idle screw is located on the carb, as for a " stop screw " if it has one it should be one the throttle housing. if it does not have one you can order one from world of powersports.

Need a manual or something I have a traxxas .15 stamped 2wd need to adjust the Carb it has 2 screws need to know which one does what and what would be a standard adjustment

There are actually 3 screws on the carb. The big one is the most important, it adjust the high speed fuel mixture. A good starting point is 2 1/2 turns out from fully seated. There is a small screw which is located right next to the air intake. This is the idle stop and should be set so that the engine idles smoothly. The third screw is located on the side. It is also small and it controls the idle fuel mixture. A good starting point for the idle fuel mixture screw is 1 3/4 turns out from fully seated.

How do I adjust the idle on my 1993 24 DL Volvo?

Trace the throttle cable from the accelerator pedal to the engine block , it will terminate in a lever

Somewhere on the backside of that lever is a screw which you can screw in to set the idle speed

Is the carb adjustment screw on bottom

Hello

>>The Following is an Instruction File I made for Correcting this Problem. Any Input is Appreciated.
>>****All the Carburetor Adjustments are the Same for Lawn Mower and Trimmers.
>>There are Several Location for the Air Mixture Screws.
>>The Idle Air Mixture Screws are Usually Located at the Top of the Carburetor Bowl and the Top of the Carburetor Body.
>>If the Main Air and Idle Air Mixture Screws are Side by Side on the Side of the Carburetor, then the Idle Air is the Nearest to the Engine.
>>The Main Jet Air Mixture Screw is Located in the Bottom of the Carburetor Bowl or Beside the Idle Air Screw on the Side of the Carburetor Body.
>>The Engine Idle Screw is Usually Easy to Identify because you can See where it Makes Contact with the Carburetor Throttle Shaft Plate Stop Ear. The H and L Air Mixture Screws Go Into the Body of the Carburetor and the Tips Cannot be Seen.
>>Some of the Older Model Carburetors have the Main Jet Mixture Screw Straight in from the Top of the Carburetor Body (this is Rare anymore).
>>If you have Cleaned the Carburetor (Disassembled and Soaked Overnight in Carburetor Cleaner (I Use Gunk). Then Blow Out the Passages with Compressed Air and Install a New Kit if Required.
>>Now Setting the Air Mixture Screws:
>>****Turn the Idle Air and Main Air Mixture Screws In Until SNUG **Do Not Jam** Then Reverse Both Screws 1 1/2 Turns.****
>>Holding the Throttle Full Open, Start the Engine.
>>Turn the Main Air Mixture Screw Clockwise Until Proper Revs are Obtained. Occasionally you May have to Turn this Counter Clockwise to Achieve the Proper Revs. Now Allow the Engine to Idle.
>>Set the Engine Idle Screw (Not Idle Air) so the Engine will Stay Running if Required.
>>Now Set the Idle Air Mixture Screw so there is No Hesitation when Throttling from Idle to Full Throttle.
>>Reset the Engine Idle if Required. If This Carburetor has a Single Air Adjustment.
>>Use the Section Above that Pertains to Full Throttle RPM Air Mixture Screw and then Adjust the Screw if Required to Eliminate Any Hesitation when Rapidly Throttling from Idle to Full Throttle.**

Please, Do Not Hesitate, If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem, I am Here if You Require More Assistance.
Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Be Happy. Thanks.

Good Luck
