Hi buddy the oil reccomended/grade 5w-40 i recomend using silkolene pro 4 plus 5w-40 AND ADD 3.6LITRES WITH OIL FILTER CHANGED OR 3.1LITRES WITH STANDARD CHANGE

Just a bit over 3 quarts(w/filter change) 20/40w oil,200cc of 80/90gear oil for the rear(i prefer the Yamaha brand) also recomment new drain washers 214-1198-01-00
