Hey, i have been using 5W-30 for the longest time and its been fine, it should say in owners manual but dont have it. The capacity should be around 4 quarts give or take half a quart, just make sure u add in as needed and dont overfill it. If you buy one of those yellow gallon or so jugs of 50/50 coolant, i used about half of that in mine. Hope that helps, have no idea for transmission. I would just leave the transmission fluid in since im guessing u have a lot of miles on the car.
Go to any auto parts store you feel comfortable with and they will know the proper fluid!
If your trans isn't working 100% you may want to add Lucas Trans also!
dpending on which transmission you have it can be any where from two and a half to four and a half quarts, hope that this helps you and you take the time to rate this response
