The bike has some bent shift forks. Bent shift forks do not move the slider gears properly when changing gears. Expensive to fix.

2001 Kawasaki EN 500 Vulcan Classic the clutch will not disengage

if the clutch is stuck try holding the clutch handle in and rocking bike back and fourth, if it don't let go try starting bike in gear(while sitting on it) and holding clutch handle in while popping the throttle sometimes that breaks it loose, remember to keep clutch handle pulled in

Fluid changeing.

hello should be small cover on gear shift side of case with 3-4 screws in it , oil filter is behind cover, not many fluids to change on this bike unless it is automatic, also there is big screw in bottom of motor to drain oil.

No you have to remove forks, slacken the bolt in bottom of leg to take upper tube out of lower, then change seals.

Brake lights dont work i changed the fuses and bulbs any suggestions. thanks. riveraneo

bad ground on the brake light circuit or brake switches both need adjusting, this is unlikely that both switches would quit at same time
